Refund & Exchange Policy

At The Narai Sports, we are committed to providing high-quality sports equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.
1. Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange in the following situations:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong product
The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for an exchange:
The request must be made within 2 days of delivery
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided
Exchanged products will be delivered within 7-10 days
2. Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are not eligible for exchange:
Used or damaged products after delivery
Products returned without original packaging
Products returned after the allowed return period
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
The replacement product is not available
The order is cancelled before shipping
Refunds will be Credited through the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Return Process
To request a refund or exchange:

Share your order ID and product images
Our team will review your request and guide you through the process
5. Shipping Charges
If the issue is due to damaged or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by The Narai Sports.
If the request does not meet the policy conditions, the exchange or refund request may be declined.

Shipping Policy:
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are Delivered within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable
